The factory is located in the central city area, in the industrial zone “A” grade at distance of 1.5 km from the center of town of Skopje.The factory disposes of total area of 142.711 m2, 41.097 m2 of which are under cover.

Production

a) Production line 1-st series (Sl.17) 17.836 m2

In 1971 a new production hall for bus assembling was opened, as well as a new production hall for bus manufactured according to the concept and technology of “Mercedes Benz”. It is a line - production process in a few phases:

- Preparation of parts and assemblies
- Manufacture of chasses

- Manufacture of framework with sheet-metalwork

    

   


       - Corrosion protection and varnishing               - Final assembly on uperstructure of the busses

   

- Test driving and extra work

This hall disposes of relevant production equipment and tools for industrial and large-lot production of all types of factory program busses.

   

b) Maching 1.800 m2

c) Production of chasses 4.410 m2

In this workshop we produce grates with our specific equipment and tools, like:

- tools for assembling sub frame for chasses	- tools for assembling graters
- equipment for protection of corrosion and lacquer polishing to chasses etc.

d) Production line 2-nd series 8.550 m2

e) Buildings and departments for additional production support and services

- Warehouse for repromaterials
- Warehouse for primary materials
- Department for carpeting work
- Department for seats production
- Department for upholstering work
- Department for electrical work
- Support department for preparation: doors, windows, mechanical works, manufacture fuel reservoirs, air reservoirs, parts of polyesters, heaters and heating bodies.
- Buildings for over-haul and service of busses

- Department for manufacture specials tools and equipment
- Department for fluid - steam, CO2, acetylene, compressed air.

Offices

It is provided with power and utility resource. Production workrooms and offices are with heating and ventilation according to technical regulations. The total factory area is secured 24 hours by the security department and fire prevention service as well.
